About Us

At the age of 14, Zahmir began his journey as a craftsmen working alongside his grandfather, an engineer and businessman, and his father, who are both well established contractors in the city of Philadelphia. During this journey, he would gain years of design and building experience that would eventually lead him to discover a natural talent for combining his artistic capabilities with the real estate and building industries. After over a decade of preparation and education, he founded Pro Modelz Builders in 2021. With a dream to inspire and a mind full of knowledge, wisdom, and unique ideas, Zahmir has set out to construct a company that imposes a new standard for young entrepreneurs both inside and out of the building industry. 

Being a creative, highly organized, and detail-oriented person, Malachi found his way to Pro Modelz by way of outstanding achievement. His amazing problem solving skills and ability to brainstorm solutions makes him one of Pro Modelz's greatest assets. While his position is mainly on the back-end, he is not afraid to be hands-on, utilizing his vast knowledge of the construction industry gained through his multiple positions in both residential and commercial building company settings. He is a rare breed and plays a vital role in carrying out the mission of the company.
